Template

Cost & extended cost Realised net sales ($)

Cost and net sales are off for every vendor, art or jewelry, until you tick them here. Post-sale edits for rewards points, shipping and other discounts mean the realised net figure understates the ticket price; without it a vendor sees original retail and units. This is enforced by the database, not the page — a figure that is off is never sent to their browser.

Hidden items

Hidden items never reach this vendor's portal: not the rows, not their sales, not their share of any total. Hiding every variant of a product hides the whole product, including variants added to it later. A change reaches the vendor the next time their portal loads; a page they already have open keeps what it loaded until they reload it or press Sync. To hide items, leave the preview, tick them in the table and press Hide from vendor.

Hero banner

Tick the figures shown across the top and put them in order. A figure that needs data this vendor does not receive (net sales, unless it is ticked for them above) never shows.

Columns

While previewing, the ▦ Columns picker and dragging or resizing a column header in the table edit this vendor's layout, and the sort you leave the table in becomes their starting sort. The by-month settings under 🗓 Months are saved the same way.

Vendor renames

A past sale belongs to the vendor named on the order line. When a vendor was renamed in Shopify, list the old name here so its sales count under the new one. This list applies to every vendor, and saves straight away.
